I havent posten in a while. I got a new place. room in an apartment with a dude in a ska band and his girl friend and some other girl. not bad, not bad at all


my parents are in town. i smoked all my weed and drank all my beer before they got here, just to be safe. i needed a tolerance break and to save up a few bucks for the beer fund anyways.

I've been listening to this song on repeat for about a week. I'm on my fourth coors original and two more sit in front of me. cold.

I have to find a new place. Do i choose the first place that seems cool (like i did this last time...) or do i hold out till the last few days for an awesome place and risk losing the place I've already looked at?

i was talking to my cousin just a minute ago on facebook chat. she is freshly 14 and bummed out because she didnt make the basketball team. the conversation as a whole brought back a floodgate of feelings from those years. those hard years. the years where our brains gradually became developed enough to comprehend autonomy in todays life.

question

so my landlord gave me 30 days notice to move halfway through the month. on the document she left in my room, it says there is partial rent due at the beginning of next month. if i move out by the first of next month, i don't still have to pay that partial rent, do i?
